Q. How much do we charge for our services?
Naturally, this is the first question most people ask. When you enquire about our services, we will come to your house to evaluate the work you wish us to carry out and give you an on the spot no obligation quotation.
Q. Do I have to have my windows cleaned every month?
How often you have your windows cleaned is entirely up to you, it might be every month or every two months or you might only want a one off clean, it is up to you there is no pressure.
Q. Does it cost extra to clean the surround and sills of the window?
No, we will clean the surround and sills completely free of charge.
Q. How often should I get my soffits, fascias and cladding cleaned?
It is entirely up to you but we would recommend at least once a year.
Q. How often should I get my gutters cleaned?
We recommend at least twice a year, in the spring and again in autumn after the leaves have fallen. If it has been a while since you have had your gutters cleaned, then seriously think about having them done as soon as possible, before expensive damage is done to your home.
Q. How often should I get my solar panels cleaned?
As every location is different there is no one answer to this question. We recommend you monitor the output of your panels and if the efficiency drops, it could be an indication that you might need to give them a clean.
Q. How often should I get my driveway and patio cleaned?
It is entirely up to you, but we would recommend at least twice a year.
Q. How do I pay?
We accept cash, cheques and card payments through a Barclaycard system called Pin Pad. We also have a Barclays Pingit Account. If you are having regular cleans, you may choose to set up a standing order payment through your bank. Alternatively, If you are not in when we clean, then we will simply post an invoice through your letterbox – we will either call back later or you can send the payment to us.
